Pluckd is workflow software that helps teams capture tasks and approvals from Slack and connected email accounts, and route that work into Pluckd or connected tools such as Asana.
This policy applies to the Pluckd website, product, support interactions, billing records, and information processed through integrations that a customer or user chooses to connect.
Pluckd is generally offered for workplace use. Pluckd is generally responsible for its own account, billing, support, and operational data. Customers are generally responsible for their own workplace notices, permissions, and authorizations for the systems and user accounts they connect to Pluckd.
Some third-party integration data may be reflected in Pluckd as metadata or linked records rather than a full source-system export.
We use information to operate Pluckd, detect tasks and approvals, send notifications, sync with connected services, manage billing, troubleshoot support issues, maintain audit and operational records, and protect the service from abuse or misuse.
Pluckd sends selected Slack and email content to Anthropic to classify whether a message looks like a task, approval request, question, or none, and to extract structured fields such as title, assignee, due date, or approver when available. Those classification results are stored in Pluckd so the product can create or suggest tasks and approvals.
Pluckd uses service providers to host the application, process billing, support integrations, and perform message classification. Confirmed providers visible in this repo include Slack, Google, Microsoft, Asana, Anthropic, LemonSqueezy, and Railway. Our current public-facing subprocessor list is available at /subprocessors.
Disconnecting an integration is not the same as cancelling a subscription, and cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting an account.
Pluckd and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where those providers operate.
Some account actions may be available through authenticated in-product flows, including disconnecting an integration, cancelling a subscription, deleting an account, and exporting data. Support can also assist with export, correction, and deletion requests where needed.
Customers are responsible for making sure they have authority to connect workplace systems and user accounts to Pluckd, and for providing any workplace notices or obtaining any permissions required for their use of Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Asana, and similar services with Pluckd.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the product.
